September DIY Workshop - Make a Wine Rack

Our DIY workshops are a fun and educational experience. 

You wil spend the whole day in our design studio and workshop with Sami who is a trained 3D workshop instructor.

Sami's passion is teaching and empowering other to use power tools and DIY skills so that you can go home and create your own DIY projects.

Sami will teach you about different types of wood, hand tools, power tools and laser cutting technology whilst creating your own personalised product. 

This is a full day experience, finished off with a glass off bubbly and a photoshoot with your handmade product at the end.  

The day runs from 9.30 - 17.00. There will be refreshment breaks throughout the day, lunch at one of the Farsley eateries is included, plus a drink at the end of the day. 

In this DIY Workshop you will learn how to:

- Use a Chop Saw 

- Set up and use a Pillar Drill: pilot holes / hole saws

- How to use nails and a pin hammer

- Gluing and Screwing techniques

- How to use a laser cutter to personalise your wine or gin.

We have worked hard to put COVID policies and procdures in place to ensure the health and safety of our makers within our space. Each maker will have their own workbench and set of tools to use throughout the day. Facemasks and hand sanitiser will be provided.
