Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that when you make your deposit payment and agree
for work to commence you are agreeing to the following.
The following is for bespoke orders only and does not apply to any products bought in the online shop.
Our qualified product and furniture designer maker Sami will
meet, video call or telephone you to discuss your specific needs.
QUOTES & SAMPLES
After the initial brief has been discussed we will provide you with an initial quote.
If you require samples there will be a set charge for the creation of these.
If you are happy with the samples and wish to proceed with your order
the sample fee will be deducted from your final invoice.
This initial quote may be adjusted depending on alterations to quantities,
sizes and material types, particularly with very bespoke orders.
You will always be informed prior to any increases or decreases in price and given an updated quote.
Please note that all quotes are subject to a period of 14 days. After-which prices may be subject to change.
If your order is under £150, payment is required before the project commences.
Orders over £150 are subject to a non-refundable 75% deposit, which must be paid before
any work commences on all bespoke projects.
The remaining 25% is due after the project is completed and before the goods are delivered.
If you wish to increase the scale of the project after the deposit has been paid,
then the balance due will be adjusted accordingly.
However, if you wish to reduce the scale of the project
below the level of the original deposit, no refund will be made.
Work added to an order after the original project has been fully paid for
will be considered a new project and is again subject to the terms of a new order.
By paying the deposit you are accepting the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
If you cancel an order after the initial deposit has been accepted, the deposit is non-refundable.
An invoice will be emailed to you with details on how to pay.
Bank transfers are preferable, but we do accept payment over the phone or via PayPal.
Just Lovett Design Ltd do not accept cheques.
All payments must be paid within 14 days of invoicing.
At each stage of the design process you will be sent PDF proofs, samples or photographs.
(This is dependant on the style of project.)
These proofs are there for you to check the design, layout, wording, spelling and grammar.
It is your responsibility to correct any errors on these proofs, ensuring it is exactly
as you'd like it to appear on the final product.
No product will be sent to the manufacture stage until we have had confirmation from you.
Just Lovett Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors made once any designs have been approved.
If errors are discovered after proof approval you will be charged for the time to rework and remanufacture.
Just lovett Design Ltd does not accept any responsibility for
spelling mistakes or wrong information that you have provided.
Please ensure the information you have provided is correct before sending it to us.
If a redesign is needed then this will be charged on your final invoice.
If you decide to cancel your order Just Lovett Design Ltd
will not refund your deposit or the final cost
if your bespoke order has been sent to manufacture after sign off.
If additional work has been carried out since the deposit payment,
additional money will be owed to cover the work completed.
If you require your bespoke product(s) in less than 4 weeks there is a 50% additional charge.
Express shipping rates may also apply.
PROVIDING YOUR OWN MATERIALS
You are more than welcome to provide your own materials to be used during the manufacture process
and we invite you to discuss this with us should you want to.
However please provide an additional 20% extra of the materials to account just in case any potential errors occur.
All materials must be shipped at the client's expense, prior to the date of the order.
ONE OFF ITEMS
Just Lovett Design Ltd does not engrave or alter pre existing products.
Just Lovett Design Ltd holds copyright for all designs neither you nor any third party are permitted to copy or
reproduce any of the designs from the PDF proofs sent to you.
We generally use Royal Mail or UPS to post all of our orders so that your items can be tracked.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in to sign for or collect
the parcel when it is delivered to you.
