Terms & Conditions
​INITIAL CONSULTATION
You will be invited to my design studio for an initial consultation. If a virtual meeting is preferable, we can arrange that for you instead. The fee for this consultation is £65 per hour.
During our consultation, we will discuss your vision, draw up a brief, and get started on idea creations.

QUOTES & SAMPLES
After the initial brief has been discussed we will provide you with an initial quote.
​
If you require samples there will be a set charge for the creation of these.
​
Please note that all quotes are subject to a period of 14 days. After-which prices may be subject to change.
​
ORDERS​
​Our minimum order per bespoke project is £250.
Each bespoke project is subject to a non-refundable 75% deposit, which must be paid before any work commences.
​
The remaining 25% is due after the project is completed and before the goods are collected/delivered.
​
If you wish to increase the scale of the project after the deposit has been paid, then the balance due will be adjusted accordingly.
Once the deposit has been made, we cannot accept a reduction of the project scale.
​
Work added to an order after the original project has been fully paid for will be considered a new project and is again subject to the terms of a new order.
PAYMENT TERMS
By paying the deposit you are accepting the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.

If you cancel an order after the initial deposit has been accepted, the deposit is non-refundable.
An invoice will be emailed to you with details on how to pay.
​
Bank transfers are preferable.
Just Lovett Design Ltd does not accept cheques.
All payments must be paid within 7 days of invoicing.

DESIGN PROOFS
At each stage of the design process, you will be sent design proofs, samples or photographs.
(This is dependent on the style of the project.)
​
These proofs are there for you to check the design, layout, wording, spelling and grammar. It is your responsibility to correct any errors on these proofs, ensuring it is exactly
as you'd like it to appear on the final product.
No product will be sent to the manufacturing stage until we have confirmation from you.

Just Lovett Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors made once any designs have been approved.
If errors are discovered after proof approval you will be charged for the time to rework and remanufacturing. If the errors are the fault of Just Lovett Design Ltd, we will rectify the issue at no extra cost.
INFORMATION PROVIDED
Just Lovett Design Ltd does not accept any responsibility for spelling mistakes or wrong information that you have provided. Please ensure the information you have provided is correct before sending it to us.
If a redesign is needed then this will be charged on your final invoice.

COPYRIGHT
Just Lovett Design Ltd holds the copyright for all designs neither you nor any third party is permitted to copy or
reproduce any of the designs from the PDF proofs sent to you.
​
MARKETING
Just Lovett Design reserves the right to take photos and videos throughout the project. Each project is classed as a collaboration and therefore photos can be shared at the collaborator's request. Just Lovett Design reserves the right to use these photos / videos on marketing materials and social media. If you wish for the project to be private, you must request an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) prior to the project's commencement.

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order Just Lovett Design Ltd
will not refund your deposit or the final cost if your bespoke order has already been made.
If additional work has been carried out since the deposit payment, additional money will be owed to cover the work completed.

RUSH FEES
If you require your bespoke product(s) in less than 4 weeks there is an additional minimum charge of £350.
Express shipping rates may also apply.​​​
PROVIDING YOUR OWN MATERIALS
You are more than welcome to provide your own materials to be used during the manufacturing process. I invite you to discuss this with me should you want to.
You must provide an additional 20% extra of the materials to account just in case any potential errors occur.
All materials must be shipped at the client's expense, prior to the date of the order.

ONE-OFF ITEMS
Just Lovett Design Ltd does not engrave or alter
pre-existing products.
